Refund Policy

TradeTabs is digital software that you receive immediately after purchase. This page explains when refunds apply.

Before you activate your license

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, as long as you have not activated your license.

To withdraw, email [email protected] with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form in our Terms of Service. We will deactivate your license and process a full refund through our payment provider within 14 days.

After you activate your license

At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you activate your license. This is confirmed in your order email.

After activation, all sales are final.

If something doesn’t work

This policy does not affect your legal rights. If TradeTabs is defective or does not work as described, contact [email protected]. We will fix the problem, or, where the law provides, offer a price reduction or refund.
